This is an excellent well made item. The service desk...read moreThis is an excellent well made item. The service desk is very available and helpful. I had a few questions and they were answered quickly. One improvement that needs to be made is to improve the assembly instructions. I am able to read blueprints. This assembly booklet is very low end. There's no main focal point on the plans. So left and rights and front and backs could be reversed easily. The plans look like they are photocopies of photocopies. Please send your customers at least clear PDF's, or even photos. Other than the wasted time trying to figure out what goes where, I am happy with the build and expect it will last me for years. Thank you for your excellent service folks.
