Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping (excluding accessorial fees*) is available on eligible standard-sized orders over $1,000 to most locations in Canada, except the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. Final free shipping eligibility is determined based on the actual delivery address.
Oversized products are not included in our standard free shipping offer and are subject to separate freight charges based on the product and delivery location.
*Residential, school, farm, and construction site deliveries are subject to an additional $50 accessorial fee.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote locations or destinations with special access or delivery requirements. If additional freight charges apply, our team will contact the customer before shipment to confirm the cost and arrange payment.
