If you ordered your product directly from TMG Industrial and your item arrived missing some of the parts / pieces. Please call or email our customer success team and we would be happy to send out parts for free under your Warranty. 1 (877) 761-2819. cs@tmgindustrial.com

If your item was purchased at an Auction, those items are sold AS IS and are not available for Warranty coverage from TMG. Please reach out to us with a copy of your bill of sale and our customer success team and our parts store can get you squared away with minimal fees.

In-Store Pickup orders are ready by appointment only, 24 hours after payment has been received

Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).
