TMG Industrial Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with TMG Industrial. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and want to make the return and exchange process as clear as possible. Please review our detailed policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, assembled, or used are not eligible for return and will instead be handled under our warranty policy (see section 5).

2. Return Authorization Process

  • Customers must contact TMG Industrial’s Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending the item back.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return shipment. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

3. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to TMG Industrial.
  • Alternatively, customers may request TMG Industrial to arrange return shipping; the cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • return fee equal to the original outbound shipping cost (what it cost TMG Industrial to ship the item to you) will be applied to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for return transit; damage during return shipping may affect the refund amount.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order.
  • Customers returning a product for exchange must follow the return process above, and then place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Open, Used, or Damaged Items

  • Open or used units are not eligible for return unless deemed defective under warranty.
  • Any product showing signs of use, installation, or damage not caused by shipping will be refused for refund.
  • Warranty claims for defective products will be processed separately according to our Warranty Policy.

Important:
The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by TMG Industrial. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

    In-Store Pickup orders are ready by appointment only, 24 hours after payment has been received

    Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

    If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).
