Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with TMG Industrial. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Products must remain in original factory-sealed packaging
  • All components and documentation must be included

Products that have been opened, assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return and will be handled under the Warranty Policy where applicable.

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

Customers must contact TMG Industrial Customer Support and receive return authorization before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

TMG Industrial will provide instructions for return handling, documentation, and shipment coordination where applicable.

3. Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. TMG Industrial may assist with arranging return shipping upon request. Associated costs will be deducted from the refund.

The following will be deducted from all refunds:

  • Original outbound shipping cost (cost incurred by TMG Industrial to deliver the item)
  • Return shipping cost (if arranged by TMG Industrial)
  • Applicable restocking or handling fees where applicable

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

5. Refund Scope

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only.

Service, shipping, and accessory charges are non-refundable once arranged or completed. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Any deductions outlined in Section 3.
  • Residential delivery fees
  • Liftgate service
  • Appointment delivery
  • Re-delivery or carrier service charges
  • Premium Shipping Protection (PSP)
  • Original outbound shipping costs
  • Special handling or carrier accessorial fees

Any logistics, handling, or service-related costs incurred in fulfilling the order are not refundable.

Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by TMG Industrial.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after return inspection or claim approval. Fulfillment timelines depend on product availability and logistics. Where possible, TMG Industrial will work to minimize downtime and expedite processing.

Customers requesting an exchange must:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new purchase.
  • Return shipping costs, original outbound shipping costs, and applicable restocking or handling fees will apply.
  • The replacement order is billed separately and subject to standard shipping charges.

7. Open, Used, or Damaged Items

Products that have been opened, assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return.

Any product showing signs of use, installation, or damage not caused during delivery may be refused for refund.

Defective products will be handled under the Warranty Policy.

8. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the product until it is received and inspected by TMG Industrial.

Returned items must be securely packaged and safely prepared for carrier pickup. The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit, and any damage occurring during return shipping may reduce the refundable amount.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

In-Store Pickup orders are ready by appointment only, 24 hours after payment has been received

Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).
