Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact TMG Industrial as soon as possible so we can assist.

Customers who purchased Premium Shipping Protection (PSP) may receive priority support and simplified claim handling for eligible shipping-related issues. Refer to the PSP page for full details.

Delivery Damage

If your shipment arrives with visible product damage:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Contact TMG Industrial immediately.
  3. Our team will review the situation and advise next steps, which may include parts support or repair guidance.

Please do not dispose of packaging or attempt repairs before contacting us.

Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging may occur during transit and does not constitute product damage unless the item itself is affected.

If outer packaging shows minor cosmetic damage but the product appears intact, customers are encouraged to accept delivery, document the condition on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and notify TMG Industrial immediately. Unnecessary refusal of delivery due to packaging-only damage may result in additional carrier or handling charges.

Damage claims should be reported promptly after delivery.

Parts Support (Damage or Missing Components)

If components are missing or the issue can be resolved with replacement parts, our team will review and arrange parts support where applicable.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of received items
  • Serial number if any
  • Packing condition

Items purchased through auctions are sold AS IS and are not eligible for warranty coverage. Our team may still assist with parts availability or product support. Please provide your bill of sale when contacting us.

In-Store Pickup orders are ready by appointment only, 24 hours after payment has been received

Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).
