Need to cancel your order? We understand that plans can change.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted during business hours and before warehouse processing begins.
Orders that have entered warehouse processing may be subject to handling fees even if shipment has not occurred.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. We will coordinate next steps where possible.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and inspected at our facility. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Delivery Appointment Scheduled
If you have scheduled a delivery appointment with the carrier and need to cancel, please contact the carrier to cancel the appointment and notify TMG Industrial as soon as possible so we can coordinate next steps.
Uncoordinated delivery refusals or last-minute changes may result in additional carrier or handling charges.
