The root ball itself is 27-½” in diameter and 36” in depth. Our tree spade has an opening of 22” and can accommodate various tree types ranging anywhere from four to six feet in height.
Three removable blades can easily be sharpened or replaced and are arranged opposite one another for a completely clean cut configuration that supports the root ball upon removal.
