Updating Shipping on an Order

If you need to update your shipping, please contact your salesperson directly or for online orders, please contact our customer success team at 1 (877) 761-2819 or at cs@tmgindustrial.com. We will contact the courier to update any reasonable requests. Please note: If the order has already been shipped, a redirection fee will apply. 

If you need to make a change or special arrangement, the carrier will contact you approximately 24 hours before delivery to schedule an appointment. You can also discuss changes with the carrier at that time, and they will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. Additional fees may apply.

In-Store Pickup orders are ready by appointment only, 24 hours after payment has been received

Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).
