Product Description

The SF-SP100A Hydraulic Shop Press is an essential piece of equipment for automotive shops, machining, metalworking, fabrication, and assembly operations. With an impressive 100-ton pressing capacity, it makes tasks such as pressing bearings onto shafts, stamping work, bending, and flattening metal safe, efficient, and easy.

This press features a fully welded heavy-duty H-frame construction and a protective grid guard, delivering excellent rigidity, durability, and long-term reliability in demanding shop environments.

A dual-operating hydraulic cylinder functions both pneumatically and manually, providing total operator control, steady ram speed, and smooth workflow. The steel cable crank winch reduces strain by eliminating excessive bending, allowing you to easily adjust the pressing bed up and down. Seven adjustable height positions provide flexibility to accommodate various workpiece sizes and job requirements.

Designed for heavy-duty applications such as gear and bushing removal, the press includes an overload valve to prevent operation beyond its rated capacity and twin springs to assist with piston rod retraction. The oil-filled gauge displays both US and metric tons, enabling accurate monitoring of pressing force during operation.
