TMG Industrial Gift Card Program

Welcome to the TMG Industrial Gift Card Program. By participating in the Program, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is available to individual retail customers in Canada placing eligible orders through TMG Industrial Inside Sales. Dealers, resellers, and B2B accounts are not eligible.
• The Program is not available for self-service purchase online.
• TMG Industrial reserves the right to approve, decline, limit, or terminate your participation, subject to applicable law.

2. Gift Card Tiers

• Based on your order total, the applicable gift cards are automatically determined to cover your entire order. Multiple gift cards from the same or different tiers may be combined when required.
• The total gift card value must cover your full order total, including products after discounts, taxes, and shipping.

3. Purchase and Immediate Use

• Before payment, you will see the gift card value, discount, payment amount, and expected residual balance on the invoice. The invoice reflects the discounted gift card purchase price.
• The invoice may include a Gift Card premium. This is the amount you pay above your current order total to receive the applicable gift card value and residual balance. It reflects the extra gift card value you are buying now; that value stays yours as a residual balance you can use on future eligible orders.
• The Gift Card premium is part of the gift card purchase and is non-refundable.
• After payment, the gift card value is applied to your entire current order. A gift card cannot be purchased without an eligible order, and it cannot be applied to only part of an order while the rest is paid by another method.
• Any remaining value is issued as a residual gift card code and sent to you by email.

4. Residual Balance and Redemption

• The residual balance equals the total gift card value (face value) minus the amount applied to your current order. The Program discount does not reduce this balance.
• For an order total of $4,200, the $5,000 tier applies and you pay $4,750. The payment includes a $550 Gift Card Premium above the order total. After $4,200 is applied, an $800 residual balance remains ($5,000 face value minus $4,200 applied). The $250 Program discount is already reflected in the purchase price and does not reduce the residual balance.
• You can use residual balances on the TMG Industrial Canada online store, including on sale-priced products. You can spend a balance over multiple orders, there is no minimum redemption amount, and balances do not expire.
• You can combine residual balances with promotions, loyalty store credit, or multiple gift cards where supported at checkout.
• You cannot use a residual balance to pay additional shipping charges assessed separately after checkout or after the applicable order is placed.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• The gift card itself — including any Gift Card Premium and residual balance — is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Products you purchase with a gift card follow TMG Industrial's standard return policy. If you return an eligible product, any approved refund is credited back to the original gift card balance, not paid in cash. For split payments, each payment method is refunded only up to the amount originally charged to it.
• If an order purchased through the gift card program is cancelled after payment, TMG Industrial will refund only the amount paid excluding the Gift Card Premium. The refund is returned to your original payment method. In the example above, you would receive a $4,200 refund; the $550 Gift Card Premium would not be refunded, and the $800 residual balance would remain available for future eligible purchases.
• If payment fails, no gift card will be issued. TMG Industrial may void or correct a failed, duplicate, or incorrectly issued gift card or balance.

6. Delivery and Balance Inquiries

• The residual gift card code and balance are sent to the email address provided on your order. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.
• For delivery, balance, or transaction-history assistance, you can contact cs@tmgindustrial.ca. TMG Industrial may request the gift card code, order number, email address, proof of purchase, or identity verification.

7. Transferability and Security

• You may not sell, resell, assign, or transfer gift cards or balances to another person or account, or redeem them for cash. Separate balances may be combined upon request where supported by the system.
• Anyone with the gift card code may be able to use the balance. You are responsible for keeping the code secure. TMG Industrial is not responsible for unauthorized use caused by sharing or failing to protect the code, except where required by law.

8. Fraud, Errors, and Taxes

• TMG Industrial may refuse an order or suspend, correct, cancel, or void a gift card or balance for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, chargebacks, abuse, prohibited resale, errors, or a breach of these Terms.
• If a chargeback occurs, TMG Industrial may cancel the remaining balance and recover amounts already used.
• Tax treatment may vary by transaction and applicable law. Gift cards are intended to be issued without tax; applicable taxes are calculated on products when the gift card value is redeemed.

9. Program Changes and General Conditions

• TMG Industrial reserves the right to change Program tiers, discount rates, eligibility, eligible products, redemption methods, or availability. Changes apply to new purchases from the publication date.
• If the Program changes or ends, your valid existing balances will remain available and will not receive a new expiry date, subject to TMG Industrial's rights relating to fraud, chargebacks, duplicates, or errors.
• These Terms supplement TMG Industrial's website terms, return policies, and related order terms. Mandatory consumer protection laws apply where they conflict with these Terms.
