Tracking Orders

To track your order, simply click the link in your email or text message that was sent on the day your order shipped out from our warehouse.

Orders usually take 10-15 days to arrive after leaving our warehouse.

If you are not receiving updates on your tracking, and it has not been more than 48 hours since your item shipped, please wait one more day before contacting our team to inquire about its whereabouts.

If your tracking link is not working or there are no updates, please contact our customer success team at 1 (877) 761-2819 and we would be happy to contact the carrier to find out where your order is.

If your order has not arrived or you have not been contacted for your delivery appointment 10 days after your item left our warehouse, please contact our customer success team via email at cs@tmgindustrial.com or via phone at 1 (877) 761 - 2819

In-Store Pickup orders are ready by appointment only, 24 hours after payment has been received

Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).

In-Store Pickup orders must be picked up within 5 business days, after which the discount price is voided.
