The TMG-MSE2040D-SR35 Metal Garage Shed Steel Building with a large front door is a heavy-duty steel structure designed for spacious and secure outdoor storage. Fully enclosed for year-round protection, it is ideal for storing boats, RVs, pickups, off-road vehicles, farm equipment, and other valuable assets. Specifically engineered for demanding Canadian climates, this pre-engineered structure is rated for a 35 PSF snow load and 100 km/h wind load, and includes stamped drawings from a licensed structural engineer.

One large front swinging door with an 11' 10" x 9' 4" opening provides ample clearance for driving vehicles in and out or moving large materials with ease. The included side entry door can be installed on either side, allowing you to customize the layout to suit your acreage, farm, or commercial property. Three large windows maximize natural light and create a brighter, more open interior, while front and rear louvers improve airflow and help control moisture buildup.

Built for durability, this metal garage features reinforced roof supports, wall bracing, and anchor points to provide dependable structural strength. Electro-galvanized steel sheets with a polyester-coated finish offer resistance against corrosion, rust, and wear for long-lasting performance.

The sloped gable roof helps shed rain and snow efficiently, while the slip-fit base frame with sleeve anchor bolts allows for quick installation on wood or concrete foundations. The open-span interior design maximizes usable storage space and provides flexible organization options.
