The TMG-MT13BL Precision Metal Lathe is designed for turning, threading, facing, drilling, and general metal fabrication in workshops, training environments, and light industrial settings. Its gear-driven headstock provides reliable power transmission, while two hardened and precision-ground V-guideways support smooth carriage travel and dependable machining accuracy. Wear-resistant slideway strips help reduce friction for responsive operation.
Twelve spindle speeds ranging from 60 to 1800 RPM provide flexibility for different materials, workpiece diameters, and cutting conditions. Automatic longitudinal and cross feeds help produce smooth, consistent cuts, while the large feed control lever allows convenient switching between feed directions. A quick-change gearbox also simplifies setup for imperial threads from 8 to 40 TPI and metric threads from 0.5 to 4 mm.
With a 13" swing over the bed, 29.5" between centers, and a 1.1 kW motor, the TMG-MT13BL provides a useful capacity for precision metalworking. Its MT5 spindle, 38 mm spindle bore, MT3 tailstock, and sturdy two-piece cabinet stand create a practical setup for demanding workshop applications.
