Built to operate reliably under rugged outdoor conditions, the scale features an IP66 waterproof rating, integrated seal protection, and an anti-electromagnetic interference system that ensures reliable, stable readings on standard concrete, flat dirt, or temporary construction grounds.
Engineered for flexibility, the TMG-FSP30 supports both in-motion (dynamic) and static weighing operations. Vehicles can drive across the pads at speeds up to 8 km/h for rapid, automated dynamic axle load calculations, or come to a full stop for high-precision static measurements. The system includes built-in auto-compensation algorithms to correct weighing errors on double- and triple-jointed axles, alongside a 120% load cell overload detector to ensure long-term durability and equipment safety.
The complete scale system is controlled via a smart 8-inch IPS touchscreen indicator wrapped in a protective hardshell case. Operating on a rechargeable battery or AC power, the indicator processes multi-channel inputs and features a built-in thermal printer to generate detailed weighing reports on-demand—including date, time, vehicle license number, individual axle weights, and overall total weight. With options for wired or wireless connectivity, cloud update integration, and customizable user permissions, the TMG-FSP30 delivers commercial-grade weighing efficiency wherever your fleet operates.
