TMG Industrial Membership Program

Welcome to the TMG Industrial Membership Program. By enrolling in or participating in this Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is available to B2C (retail) customers only. Dealers and B2B accounts are not eligible.
• Customers must create a customer account and join the program to participate.
• Account creation is optional at checkout but required to earn and redeem store credits.
• TMG Industrial reserves the right to approve, decline, or terminate membership at its discretion.

2. Earning Store Credits

Base Earning

• Members earn 0.01 store credit for every $1 CAD spent.
• Store credits are calculated based on the order subtotal only (excluding taxes and shipping).
• 1 Credit = $1 CAD in reward value.

Tiered Earning

• Gold Tier: Customers who spend over $25,000 CAD will earn 2 store credits per $100 spent.
• VIP Tier: Customers who spend over $100,000 CAD will earn 5 store credits per $100 spent.
• Tier benefits may reset if credit balances reset.

Sign-Up & Action-Based Rewards

• Program sign-up: 50 store credits
• Birthday reward: 10 store credits
• TMG reserves the right to verify and limit action-based rewards to prevent abuse or self-referrals.

3. Eligible Purchases

• Store credits apply to all products, collections, and brands, including premium brands.
• Store credits are earned on discounted items, promotional pricing, clearance items, and orders using coupon codes.
• Store credits are not earned on taxes or shipping charges.

4. Refunds & Adjustments

• Store credits earned from refunded or cancelled orders will be deducted from the member’s account.
• For partial refunds, store credits will be adjusted proportionally.
• If store credits were used on a refunded order, TMG may deduct or adjust the returned value accordingly.

5. Redemption Rules

• Minimum redemption threshold: 100 store credits.
• Store credits may be used in conjunction with other discount or coupon codes.
• There is currently no maximum redemption cap.
• TMG reserves the right to exclude certain items or categories from redemption if necessary.

6. Expiration & Inactivity

• Store credits expire after one (1) year of account inactivity.
• Inactivity is defined as no qualifying purchases or redemptions within a 12-month period.
• Tier status may reset if store credits expire or balances reset.

7. Program Modifications & Termination

• TMG Industrial reserves the right to adjust earning or redemption rules.
• Add or remove tiers.
• Change expiration policies.
• Terminate the Program at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect upon publication.
• Store credits are non-transferable.

8. General Conditions

• Abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of credits.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
