The TMG-TC24 Semi-Automatic Tire Changer is a fundamental machine for small to medium-sized tire shops or general automotive service departments. It ensures maximum protection and efficiency when changing tires of all sizes, styles, brands, and classes without damaging the rim or tire itself. Reduce exhausting labour for you and your employees, making everyday operations easier with this electrically powered, compact automotive shop essential.

Equipped with a reliable 120 VAC, single-phase electric motor, it provides ample power for smoothly and repeatedly separating tires from rims. Four heavy-duty self-centering jaws with dual pneumatic cylinders offer a rim clamping capacity of 12" - 24", fitting most standard tires across a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Protective covers on each jaw tooth safeguard wheel contact points, leaving customers with a flawless tire change experience.

Step pedal controls allow the user to focus on their work and maintain total command over the machine’s operation. A horizontal swing arm and bidirectional turntable simplify tire mounting and dismounting, making the process straightforward and less strenuous. Optional clamping adapters and the TMG-PAT24 pneumatic assist arm are also available for purchase and are fully compatible with this tire changer.
