Submitting this form does not create any partnership or obligation between you and TMG Industrial. TMG may decide at its sole discretion whether to list, edit, display, or remove any installer at any time. All installation work is strictly between you and the customer.

Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).
