Data Deletion Instructions — TMG Industrial

TMG Industrial respects your privacy. If you have interacted with our Facebook or Instagram pages or advertising and would like us to delete any personal data we may hold about you, you can request deletion as follows:

  1. Email marketing@tmgindustrial.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  2. Include the name and the email address or phone number associated with your interaction so we can locate your data.
  3. We will verify your request and delete the associated personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

In-Store Pickup orders are ready by appointment only, 24 hours after payment has been received

Credit card owner must be on site with ID and credit card used to place the order

If the order is arranged for a third party pickup (a freight company, family members or friends), the order must be paid through EFT (electronic fund transfer).

In-Store Pickup orders must be picked up within 5 business days, after which the discount price is voided.
