Product Description

The TMG-ATU565 is an off-road UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) that can be used to explore, work, and play. The ATU565 is powered by powerful 493cc EFI engine. Power is sent through a CVT transmission with Reverse, Park, High, and Low range gearing that enables capable riding all day long. The On-Demand 4WD system with front locking differential can be controlled by a dash mounted switch and allows you to explore trails you've never seen before.

The ATU565 comes with comfortable bolstered seating, headrests, and enough room to take a passenger along for the adventure. The standard 2" trailer hitch and tow ball along with the practical tilting cargo bed allow you to move tools, equipment, and material around with ease. The ATU565 also features rugged all terrain tires on lightweight alloy wheels, a heavy duty 3000 lb winch, side mirrors, and a protective roof and windshield. Optional TMG-ATU765565-HD ABS Half Doors can be purchased to further seal off the cabin. The ATU565 is ready for trails, jobsites, or just having fun.

ATV & UTV Warranty Period
Warranty coverage is limited to maximum of 1 year or 1,500 km of operation, whichever occurs first.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover parts, labor, transportation costs, or damage resulting from the following:

1. Improper or Excessive Use
Use of the vehicle contrary to the Owner's Manual, such as:
a. Excessive speed
b. Towing beyond the rated capacity
c. Operating on public roads
d. Exceeding the vehicle's passenger or load capacity
e. Operation by anyone below the minimum required age
f. Abuse, neglect, or other improper and excessive use

2. Wear, Maintenance, and Appearance Items
Routine maintenance listed in the owner's manual and expected wear items like the following are not covered:
a. All Fluids
b. Spark plugs
c. Oil, Air, and fuel filters
d. CVT drive belts
e. Brake Pads, Shoes, and Rotors
f. Normal Tire Wear
g. Wear, deterioration, fading, or discoloration of paint, soft trim, and appearance items

3. Unauthorized or Improper Repairs and Modifications
Repairs must be completed at a reputable service point pre-approved by TMG Industrial before work begins. Damage or malfunction caused by improper repairs, incorrect adjustments, unauthorized replacement parts, or modifications not approved or recommended by TMG are not covered.

4. Transportation and Inconvenience Costs
The purchaser is responsible for transporting the vehicle to and from a pre-approved TMG service point. Transportation expenses, loss-of-use costs, and inconvenience payments are not covered.

5. Accidents and External Damage
Damage caused by collisions, debris impacts, fire, neglect, abuse, or other events beyond TMG's control is not covered.

6. Environmental Damage
Damage caused by salt, water, flooding, hail, wind, lightning, extreme temperatures, chemicals, tree sap, airborne contaminants, or other environmental conditions are not covered.
