Shipping problems

The overall structure is good. We had problems with shipping. We were unaware that the shipping company (overland West) your company uses does not off load at the shipping company we choose in our city. The package then went straight through to a larger city 1 hour north of us. We did not know where our packages was for several days. This complicated things so what. The shipping company where our package finally land was good about the mix up. We never did hear back from your office after we found our package. I also agree with previous reviews that the manual needs to be more concise with better pictures and perhaps troubleshooting information as well.

Over all it’s fantastic

I think the plans could be more precise and clearer in the building of the structure however the pictures are not very clear but my wife and I put up the structure and are happy with it
